What I collect, and what I do with it.
AsksFirst is a one-person practice. There is no marketing team, no data broker relationship and no advertising pixel on this site. This page says exactly what happens to what you send me.
Who is responsible for your data
Sweetum Co LLC, a Texas limited liability company (File No. 806784071), trading as AsksFirst. Contact: hello@asksfirst.com.
What I collect
- What you type into the booking form — your name, email address, the full legal name of the company that would pay, whether it is publicly traded, which package you are asking about, the time you picked, and your description of what you want looked at.
- Your email address, if you ask for the monthly finding.
- Basic request data attached by the hosting network to every submission — IP address, country and browser user-agent string. This is kept to make abuse of the form traceable.
There is no analytics script, no advertising tag and no third-party cookie on this site. The site sets no cookies at all.
Why I collect it
- To reply to you. That is the main reason.
- To run a conflict and independence check. This is why the company's full legal name and public-company status are required rather than optional. I check whether working with you would create a conflict before I confirm a time. If the answer is unclear, your request is held for a manual check and I tell you that is what happened.
- To decide whether I can actually help, and to say no when I cannot.
Who else sees it
Two service providers process your submission on my behalf, and no one else:
- Cloudflare — serves this site and runs the code that receives the form.
- Resend — delivers the submission to my mailbox as an email.
My mailbox is Google Workspace. Beyond those, your details are not shared, sold, rented, licensed or disclosed to anyone — not to a partner, not to a lead list, not to a marketing platform. If a court or a law required disclosure I would comply, and I would tell you unless I were forbidden to.
How long I keep it
Booking requests are deleted twelve months after I receive them. If we work together, engagement records are kept for seven years, because tax and professional records have to be. Monthly-finding subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe, and every one of those emails carries a one-click unsubscribe link.
What you can ask me to do
Email hello@asksfirst.com and ask me to send you a copy of what I hold about you, correct it, or delete it. I will do it within thirty days, and there is no form to fill in. You do not need to live in a particular place to ask — I apply this to everyone.
Where this operates
I take clients in the United States only at the moment. The site is reachable worldwide, so if you submit the form from elsewhere your details will be processed in the United States; submit it only if you are content with that.
Children
This is a service sold to businesses. It is not directed at anyone under 18 and I do not knowingly collect anything from them.
Security, stated honestly
Your submission travels over HTTPS and is stored by the providers named above under their own security controls. During an engagement I never hold your credentials, your API keys or your card — you sign in yourself and you pay your AI provider directly. What I cannot promise is that any system is impossible to breach, so I will not claim it.
Changes
If this page changes materially I will change the date below. I will not quietly broaden what I do with data you already sent me.
